Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods for various platforms (Amazon, Noon, HungerStation, WhatsApp, online store).

Oversee warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure proper documentation.

Facilitate in-person pickups from the warehouse, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Schedule and track deliveries to meet customer expectations.

Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.

Resolve any issues related to inventory, orders, or shipments promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and other teams to streamline operations.

Experience: 2+ years in warehouse coordination, logistics, or a similar role.( not compulsory - open to freshers )

Skills:

Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move products as needed.

Location: Must be able to work on-site at Iskan, Dammam.
